Shipping Policy
We’ve partnered with DHL and Blue Sage Couriers to deliver our products across South Africa and we trust them implicitly. If your delivery falls within the Gauteng area we’ll send our driver will deliver. Our driver delivers in our Tastry branded vehicle, which is temperature controlled to ensure the quality of your delivery.
We offer 3 options for shipping:
FREE SHIPPING
- You spend over R1500 on an order, or
- Your delivery address is within 15km of our head office in Johannesburg.
- Deliveries will take 2-3 working days.\
- If an order is made later than 10am, your delivery will only be processed the following working day.
- No weekend deliveries.
- Please be aware that orders placed during the December and April holiday season may experience processing delays.
STANDARD SHIPPING
- Your delivery address is further than 15km from our factory and standard charge delivery rates will be applied as defined by Blue Sage couriers.
- All other deliveries will be made by Blue Sage couriers.
- Deliveries will take 4 -5 working days.
- If an order is made later than 10am, your delivery will only be processed the following working day.
- No weekend deliveries
- Please be aware that orders placed during the December and April holiday season may experience processing delays.
